If you are a travel or accommodation provider registered with IPTAAS as a third party organisation (TPO), did you know you can now lodge applications online?

Register for the IPTAAS online claiming system

Before you can access the IPTAAS online system, you will need to complete the Registration form for online access for travel and accommodation providers and email to HSNSW-IPTAASsupport@health.nsw.gov.au

If you need help completing this form, call the IPTAAS team on 1800 478 227 (option 5).

Accessing the system for the first time

Once you have submitted the completed form, you can expect to receive a password confirmation email within one business day. The email will include a link that will ask you to set a password. This will be the password you use each time you log onto the IPTAAS claiming system, so please keep it in a safe place.
