Eligibility check

This indicator is intended as a guide to your eligibility to access IPTAAS Programs. It does not consider your individual circumstances. We encourage you to speak to a Customer Service Officer to discuss your individual circumstances and requirements.

1. Are you a resident of NSW or Lord Howe Island?

2. Are you enrolled with Medicare?

3. Are you receiving, or eligible for, financial assistance for travel and accommodation from third party insurance or other Australian government services?

4. Have you been referred for treatment at your nearest approved health service?

5. Are you receiving treatment at an IPTAAS approved health service?

6. Will you travel from your home for treatment, at least 100km (one way),or at least 200kms in a week by making multiple trips to and from treatment?
