If you are a travel or accommodation provider registered with IPTAAS as a third-party organisation (TPO), did you know you can now submit applications online?
Register for our online system
If you are new to applying online, you will need to complete the Registration form for online access for travel and accommodation providers
If you need help completing this form, call the IPTAAS team on 1800 478 227.
Accessing online for the first time
Once you have submitted the completed form, you can expect to receive a password confirmation email within one business day. The email will include a link that will ask you to set a password. This will be the password you use each time you log onto the IPTAAS online system, so please keep it in a safe place.
Submit an application
Use your email and password to sign in and complete your online application. Instructional videos are available to guide you through the system's main functions. Access them by logging in and clicking the help icon in the top right corner.
Apply online
Applying online is the easiest and fastest way to submit an application, approved applications will be paid straight into your nominated bank account.
