If you are a travel or accommodation provider registered with IPTAAS as a third-party organisation (TPO), did you know you can now submit claims online?
Register for our online platform
If you are new to online claiming, you will need to complete the Registration form for online access for travel and accommodation providers
If you need help completing this form, call the IPTAAS team on 1800 478 227 (option 5).
Accessing online for the first time
Once you have submitted the completed form, you can expect to receive a password confirmation email within one business day. The email will include a link that will ask you to set a password. This will be the password you use each time you log onto the IPTAAS claiming system, so please keep it in a safe place.
Make a claim
Use your email and password to sign in and complete your online claim.
Online claim
Applying online is the easiest and fastest way to make a claim, approved claims will be paid straight into your bank account.
